The duties of a manager at The Velvet Box are to increase revenue and decrease costs while assuring all of the needs of the store are met on every level. The manager should treat the store as if the store were his/her own business. The duties of the manager are to include but are not limited to the following:
• Customer Service
• Merchandising / Displays
• Staff Issues
• Employee Reviews / Raises / Promotions
• Corrective Action
• Store Up Keep/Maintenance
• Inventory Control
• Always on call for store issues
• Have reliable transportation
