Inside Sales Representative

Comp-Tac Victory Gear has been making holsters, magazine pouches and related accessories for over 26 years.  It all started with the idea that holsters should provide excellent fit and function, be shipped in a short amount of time, at an affordable price with excellent customer service.  Comp-Tac Victory Gear strives to give its customers only the best.

Comp-Tac Victory Gear is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for gathering new customers and for the care of all our current customers.


·          Sign on new product dealers and assist with creating and placing their initial order

·         Produce detailed and accurate sales quotes for police departments, military purchase order requests and other special orders

·         Assist dealers in placement of orders, questions and warranty information

·         Receive and process Phone/e-mail/fax orders

·         Respond to General Inquiry website e-mails in a timely manner

·         Troubleshoot warranty inquires, process and assign Return Material Authorizations for returns, exchanges and warranty issues through phone and e-mail

·         Other sales and marketing duties as assigned may include but not limited to social media involvement, advertising, PR or website maintenance


·          Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

·         Prior sales experience a plus

·         Experience and/or enthusiasm for the outdoors/firearms industry a plus

·         Will be required to complete a Background and Drug Screen


Comp-Tac offers full benefits after 90 days of employment to include 90% company paid Medical, Dental and Vision coverage and a 401(k) with company match up to 4%

Starting Pay:  $10 - $18.00 per hour + Quarterly Commission

Schedule:  M-F, 8-5 PM
