We currently have an opening for a full-time, organized and detail oriented Benefits Administrator to work in our corporate office in North Dallas. We are a leading Human Resources Outsourcing firm headquartered in Dallas, with an ESAC accredited and bonded PEO service offering. Staff One has been in the PEO industry longer than 90% of our peers, and we have increased our client base by 90% in the last 20 months! The successful candidate must work well in a fast paced, high energy, environment and have strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Job Description

  • Administers and maintains employee benefit programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance, and retirement plans
  • Maintains employee benefit records in HRIS system
  • Provides services to client and employees; including answering benefit questions, resolving benefits-related issues, and process enrollment forms status changes
  • Performs monthly benefits reconciliations and works with Accounting to ensure billing accuracy
  • Functions as a liaison between vendors, employees, and clients
  • Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents
  • Manages all types of Leave of Absences; including FMLA, Personal and Worker’s Compensation
  • Maintains Termination records
  • Other duties as assigned by the Benefits Supervisor

Required Skills

  • Benefits or PEO experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and work well in a team environment
  • HR experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
